About

Artist, educator and visual storyteller, designing human-centric learning.

Where I'm at

I'm a Learning Experience Designer based in California with a master's in Instructional Design and Technology and 10 years of experience across instructional design, L&D and visual communication.

I hold two post-baccalaureate certificates, eLearning Specialist and Instructional Game Design, and currently work as a Senior Instructional Designer at Inogen. I'm open to part-time projects.

Who I've worked with

My experience spans a diverse portfolio of clients across healthcare, medtech, SaaS, technology, higher education, finance, and travel, including Inogen, Xactly, HCL, Bloomsburg University, Shatterbox, Enchanting Travels, Life-Lab and Teach for India.

I have led and contributed to end-to-end instructional design and learning experience development, including digital learning, employee training, sales enablement, software adoption, clinical training, patient education, academic learning experiences, and corporate training programs.

My work involves translating complex information into engaging, accessible, and outcome-driven learning experiences, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts, and aligning learning solutions with organizational and learner needs.

Where I come from

I've driven employee training, L&D, talent acquisition, engagement, internal communication and employer brand campaigns across profit and non-profit organisations.

Beyond work

On weekends I paint, sketch and explore new art forms, and I never go hiking or travelling without a camera.
